Otter Attacks Man at Nude Beach, Scores Big!

Otter attacks man during relaxing beach trip. Rare sightings of otters off of the shores of Black Beach near Torrey Pines, San Diego had locals ecstatic, but one man got a little too excited and that was his first mistake. The man raced towards the otter and swam into deeper waters. What happened next will not only shock you, it will surprise you.

Why Would An Otter Attack A Man?

The unnamed man scared the otter. In a haste reaction, the otter scratched him. The man was a little bit upset at first. After some time, he could understand that a scared animal can act in such a way. The otter then swam a safe distance from the man, and took a big bite out of a Urechis Unicinctus, also known as the Chinese penis fish. How this rare, non-local creature made it to Black Beach is a mystery, but the otter was lucky to have scored big!

Why Is An Otter Sighting So Special?

Otters rarely congregate in San Diego. Sea lions are much more common around the La Jolla coast, but the appearance of otters was appreciated by all. San Diego locals hope that the Otter returns again after scoring big. If Otters realize that they eat well in San Diego, then they may visit more often. One of the only things missing from the San Diego life style is otters. Locals have suggested that city officials plant more Chinese penis fish in San Diego waters. Hopefully in doing so, more otters will flock to San Diego shorelines. Otters are very popular in viral videos, and locals are hoping to be able to capture footage right in their backyards.

If more otters or more Urechis Unicinctus are spotted in California, we will be sure to report the story. We will update the next time otter attacks man.
