Kanye West once again has confused the whole world twice in one month. On July 4th, Kanye announced that he is running for president of the United States of America. Today on July 15th, Kanye West announced his presidential dropout. While the precursor “The College Dropout” featured 21 tracks, the Presidential Dropout seems to feature zero. We tried searching for a tracklist, but Research found none.

Is Presidential Dropout An Album Or Action?

Some fans are confident that this is indeed an album rather than an action. One fan stated that “Kanye is definitely still in the race. He is such a genius. He wants to be the first president to win after dropping out. It is inspiring, and I am definitely voting for him this November”. Another fan is confident that this is an action, and not an album. The fan explained that “the album will be much better than a presidential run could ever be. Most presidential runs only have 3 features, 5 music videos, and 18 tracks. Kanye’s anticipated album will have 12 high profile features, 12 grammy winning music videos, and 50 tracks (one for each state). I have full faith that the record announcement is coming next, and if it does, I will be voting for Kanye anyways.
