The new Animal Crossing updated added Joe Biden to the player’s bed. No one knows if this character is an NPC, or if Joe Biden is manually coming to towns and sleeping with islanders. The technique is odd, because most Animal Crossing players can’t vote.

So Why Has Joe Biden Invaded Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

Conspiracy Theories suggest that the move isn’t to gain votes, but for Biden to get closer to children. This theory is supported by Joe Biden’s character appearing in the player’s bed. Why would he appear in the player’s bed if the intents were not scandalous? These thoughts have the player base scared and confused.

Another theory suggests that Joe Biden might be trying to plan for the long run. If Joe Biden can mind control children, then Republican adults will be vilified by their own children. This is already a common household dynamic in the United States, but if the Joe Biden campaign can get to the children first through Animal Crossing, then they may secure the child’s growth into a full fledged Democrat.

Some players have reported that Joe Biden is missing from their town. There are a couple theories on why Joe may be missing from your town. If an Animal Crossing player is connected to Nintendo Online and their age is over the age of 18, then Joe Biden will completely dismiss the users town. Alternatively, if the user is between ages of 5-12, then Bill Clinton will visit the user’s town. This is a little Easter egg that most users will appreciate. Either way, most children should be able to enjoy a controversial figure in their bed.
