The Beyond Taco from Del Taco is Made of WHAT???

The Beyond Taco is an anomaly. In this installment of Taco Tuesday, we look into one of the biggest mysteries of fast food taco culture. Del Taco has expanded their menu to include the Beyond Taco. This “vegetarian” taco is made using “meatless meat.” What the hell. This has left many people scratching their heads and wrinkling their brows. Realible World News is here to dig deeper into what this item is all about, and what Del Taco’s ulterior motive is behind this confusing menu item.

The Beyond Taco has Meat made of “Plants”

After doing extensive research, it turns out there are people that eat nothing but plants. Similarly, there are plants that eat only meat; for example, the Venus Fly Trap. Research suggests that, due to its all meat diet, the only plant that could ever capture the meaty flavor of meat is the Venus Fly Trap. But this begs the question, if the plant Beyond Meat is made with is carnivorous, is Beyond actually vegetarian? Probably not. The Beyond Taco is a devilish stunt to trick your friendly neighborhood vegan.

More Del Taco Weirdness

Another bizarre menu item at Del Taco is the “Burger and Fries.” What the hell does that have to due with authentic Spanish cuisine? This obvious inconsistency seems like an amateur mistake. As the third biggest Mexican fast food chain, having a blunder as obvious as this couldn’t be an accident. Research indicates it is another attempt to deceive the public. It’s unknown if anyone has ever ordered the burger from Del Taco. We believe it’s completely absurd to get a burger from a taco place. Since there’s never been actual proof of someone getting a burger, it’s likely that Del doesn’t actually carry this item. If you do order the burger, they’ll probably just give you a taco.

Stay tuned for the next installment of Taco Tuesday.
