The Deep, Aquaman’s edgy counterpart, is one of the leading heroes in The Boys. During Season 1 of this Amazon Prime original series, we witnessed The Deep’s fall from stardom. After raping Starlight, The Deep is exposed to the public and loses his membership in the Seven. During his downward spiral, he goes drunkenly tries rescuing and sleeping with a dolphin from SeaWorld. After killing the dolphin in a car accident, he reached his lowest moment. Then in season 2, The Deep joins the Collective, a cult-like church that promises to get his life back on track. Tragically, there was no other romance between this hero and sea life during the second season.
There have been hints toward a Finding Nemo crossover with The Boys’ The Deep. Many Disney owned Marvel heroes are parodied in the Boys. The obvious next step would be an official Disney The Boys crossover. That’s where Finding Nemo comes in.
Finding Nemo Crossover in Season 3
In season 3, fans anticipate that there will be a graphic fish sex scene. The sexualization of the Deep’s gills shows the potential for gnarly fish gill action. Finding Nemo provides many potential fish partners for this hero. It’s unknown which fish from Finding Nemo will be chosen for this sexy role. If the Deep ends up being gay, Nemo or Marlin could be the surprise guest stars. However, the Deep has proven himself as a misogynistic, cis man. So most people thin that Dory will be his lover.
